Terms of use
Terms for epmex.org and its credential, profile, employer and job portals.
Last updated: 16 October 2026
1. Identity and contact
EPMEX is Especialistas Petroleros Mexicanos A.C. Its referenced parent company is DYSCO EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION, S.A. DE C.V. (dyscoep.com). Contact address: Tamaulipas 407, Col. Petrolera, Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, postal code 96500, Mexico. Contact hola@epmex.org. Reference to the parent company does not replace the identity of the entity issuing a document or entering a specific agreement.
2. Services
The platform provides folio or CURP credential searches, access to available documents, profile management and employer job listings. Each function retains its access and verification requirements. General information is not a contractual training offer or a promise of employment.
3. Accounts and authorised use
Provide accurate information, use only your own profile or one you are authorised to manage, and protect your credentials. Do not impersonate others, claim another person’s profile, share access or bypass controls. Report unrecognised access to hola@epmex.org. Operations requiring consent remain subject to their specific confirmation flows.
4. Verification and documents
Search results reflect available system records and do not replace checking original documents, issuers, scope, dates and applicable requirements. Universal recognition, government certification and automatic equivalence are not promised. Availability of a DC-3 does not itself imply endorsement of this portal by Mexico’s labour ministry. Report discrepancies for review.
5. Jobs and employers
Employers are responsible for accurate, lawful and current listings and recruitment. Credential matches are indicative and do not guarantee suitability, interviews, employment or pay. Applications share the information described in the relevant flow with the selected employer after user authorisation. Candidate data must not be used beyond the recruitment purposes authorised.
6. Prohibited conduct
Fraud, document tampering, harassment, unlawful discrimination, deceptive or illegal content, bulk extraction of personal data and attacks on security or availability are prohibited. Do not redistribute third-party documents or data without a lawful basis. Technical access to a record does not authorise its commercial exploitation.
7. Intellectual property
The platform’s content, marks and original elements are protected by applicable law. Access transfers no rights. Third-party documents and marks remain their owners’ property. You may retain your own documents for their legitimate purposes; other uses may require permission.
8. Availability and liability
Maintenance, corrections and service interruptions may occur. Uninterrupted availability and complete absence of errors are not guaranteed. Nothing excludes mandatory liability, consumer rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived. Separately contracted services are also subject to their specific terms.
9. Misuse reports
We may review reports and restrict abusive use, listings or access for security, legal or compliance reasons. Request clarification or review at hola@epmex.org. Such measures do not prevent exercise of privacy rights or complaints to competent authorities.
10. Privacy, updates and law
Personal data handling is described in the Privacy notice. Changes will appear here with an updated date and renewed acceptance will be sought where required. Mexican law applies without overriding mandatory jurisdiction or rights. Contact hola@epmex.org for questions.
