Training centres with organised supporting evidence.
A training centre needs to connect courses, participants and issued documents. EPMEX presents services for organising that evidence and making it easier to verify by folio or CURP.
Traceability from issue
Consistent data helps identify the programme, date and participant associated with a document. A folio locates a record; a CURP-based history brings together available evidence for an identity.
Public verification and digital records
The verifier displays recorded information and documents. A QR code makes access easier; centres should also maintain a process for clarifying errors and asking the issuer for corrections.
Before integrating a centre
Define which documents you need to manage, who may issue them, how information is checked and the scope of public verification. Confirm service availability and integration conditions with EPMEX before announcing them to participants.
Communicating the scope clearly
Document verification does not replace programme requirements, issuer responsibilities or official procedures. An organisation should state precisely what training it provides and which document it issues. Ask hola@epmex.org for information.
Frequently asked questions
Can my centre request information?
Yes. Contact hola@epmex.org and describe the programmes and documents you need to organise.
Does a QR code establish competence on its own?
No. It provides access to recorded information; scope depends on the training and document.
Which details should be checked?
Participant identity, programme, dates, folio, issuer and the documents relevant to each case.
