Especialistas Petroleros Mexicanos A.C.
DC-3 and evidence of workplace training.
DC-3 is the Mexican Constancia de competencias o de habilidades laborales form. Distinguish the training received, the document issued and the service used to look up its record.
What the document represents
Official information from the Mexican Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare describes the record and related workplace training procedures. Review the document against its programme, issuer and applicable conditions. A workplace training record should not be confused with an academic degree.
What EPMEX can verify
The portal supports folio or CURP lookup and displays available documents for a record. A document being available in EPMEX does not mean that STPS issued it or that the portal replaces an official procedure.
Before presenting a training record
Compare the identity, course name, dates, issuer and signatures relevant to the document. Ask the issuer to clarify errors or training scope. An image or a QR code on its own does not replace that review.
Official sources and clarification
Consult official STPS information on external training providers and the training agreement published in the Mexican Official Gazette. To locate evidence already recorded in EPMEX, use the verifier or contact hola@epmex.org.
